The open permanent role will suit competent self starters who are satisfied to work at this level and function as a support for the Program Leads but not take the helm personally. Maturity, breadth of experience and skilled team playing ability are key to success through this busy period of change; there is good scope for developing knowledge across Phases as well as new molecules come into the clinic.
